Responsibilities

• operation, adjustment and repair of all technical equipment of the AWS (Automated Warehouse System);
• identifying the causes of faults and carrying out subsequent repairs;
• responsibility for minimising downtime;
• clearing stuck pallets on the AWS conveyor system - working at height;
• consulting with the AWS technology supplier when faults arise.

• you can start working as a specialist immediately or by arrangement.

What we require from a future employee

• high school education in electrical engineering: require a minimum of a high school education in electrical engineering or similar technical field. This education is the foundation for understanding and working with electrical equipment;
• certification according to Decree 50 (NV 194/2022 Coll.): you must have a valid certificate according to Decree 50, now regulated by Government Decree 194/2022 Coll., which sets out the requirements for professional competence to work on electrical equipment;
• language skills: a basic knowledge of Czech is essential for understanding work instructions and communicating in a team. Knowledge of English is also required for communication with suppliers and understanding technical documentation;
• experience in operating and maintaining technical equipment: previous experience in a similar position is an advantage but not a requirement. Willingness to learn and adapt to the specifics of working with AWS technology is important;
• physical fitness and ability to work at heights: the work often involves handling heavier loads and working at heights, so good physical fitness is a must;
• Independence and responsibility: we expect you to be able to independently solve problems and make decisions to ensure the smooth running of the facility.

Terms of payment

• wage 350 CZK/hour;
• the average salary is 60,000 - 70,000 CZK/month;
• We provide work shoes and clothes;
• possible advance payment after 10 days;
• we provide accommodation.
