What personal data do we collect?

We collect personal data from job applicants through registration on our job portal or based on a contract and any data processed based on the applicant's consent.

The controller collects the following personal data of applicants: name, surname, email, gender, date of birth, nationality.

Why do we need your personal data?

We process personal data to fulfill legal obligations and ensure proper contract management, especially in providing job advertisement services.

To whom may your personal data be disclosed?

With your consent, the controller may disclose or entrust the processing of personal data to another party unless otherwise stipulated by the legal regulations of the Czech Republic and GDPR.

How long do we retain your personal data?

Personal data is retained for 10 years after the termination of the contractual relationship, in line with statutory retention periods. After this retention period, all analog and digital documents containing personal data are destroyed.

Your personal data may be transferred abroad only with your consent.
